These Terms of Use govern your use of STRUIO.io and STRUIO digital template products. By using this website or purchasing/downloading STRUIO products, you agree to these Terms.

2. What STRUIO provides
STRUIO.io offers digital templates and template systems (documents, workbooks, guides, presentation templates, and related materials) to help structure repeatable work and create cleaner outputs.

3. No guarantee of outcomes
Templates are practical tools and starting points. They do not guarantee business results, compliance, security maturity, financial accuracy, AI governance maturity, or implementation success. You are responsible for validating all inputs, assumptions, formulas, outputs, and decisions with appropriate teams or advisors.

4. License and restrictions
Unless stated otherwise, STRUIO templates are licensed for individual or internal business use by the purchaser. You may use them for your own work or within your organization.
You may not:
* Resell STRUIO templates
* Redistribute STRUIO templates publicly
* Upload STRUIO templates to public libraries
* Share paid STRUIO files with non-purchasers
* Repackage STRUIO templates into competing template bundles
* Claim STRUIO templates as your own original product
* Remove STRUIO copyright or ownership notices

5. Purchases, upgrades, and refunds
Paid purchases are processed through Gumroad, which controls checkout, payment, receipts, and file delivery under its own terms and policies. STRUIO.io does not store payment card information.

6. Website use and third parties
You agree not to misuse STRUIO.io, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, or use the site to send spam, malware, or unlawful content. STRUIO.io may link to third‑party services (including Gumroad); STRUIO.io is not responsible for third‑party content, policies, or security.

7. Intellectual property and changes
All STRUIO templates, website content, branding, logos, product names, copy, layouts, and digital assets are owned by STRUIO.io or its licensors unless stated otherwise. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. STRUIO may update or change website content, templates, pricing, or availability at any time.

8. Limitation of liability and contact
To the maximum extent allowed by law, STRUIO.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or digital products. Templates are for informational and operational support and must be reviewed before use in business, legal, financial, security, compliance, or governance decisions.
